2012 did indeed taken its toll, not only on humans, but spirits, animals and all sentient beings. The heat and oppressive weather, early winter and intense hurricane season, is a reflection of this spiritual change, not the cause. This has begun to ease a bit and will continue to do so through the next 3-6 months. Looking back over the last season, it seems as if everyone I know both personally and professionally have struggled to maintain the status quo and that is ok. It is part of the ebb and flow of our existence. As you are reading this I suspect that it resonates true, as all spirits are connected and all thoughts come from the mind universal. When we first entered this life, we knew that our emotions and relationships would follow the lead of the universe, the planets and our own moon.
When I speak with other lightworkers, I am astounded by the need for synchronicity, balance and clarity they all seem to be seeking. Be encouraged and be of good cheer for these attributes are easily attainable and within our reach. Allow that which spirit would have for you, to manifest in this physical place that we call the earthly world. Know that steps you take, words you speak, physical movement and meditation/prayer are all necessary to bring your true nature and existence into a vibrational pattern that others and yourself can perceive. Simple steps followed consistantly can and will do wonders for you.
I want to encourage each person who reads this to take control of the aspects of your life that you are able to control. No matter how small that may be. Weigh each decision with a sense of importance and honor. Choose wisely and be confident in your decisions. As we each continue on our path of enlightenment I also encourage you to be your brother’s keeper. Extend common courtesy and offer uncommon assistance to those you see who are in need. It is not uncommon for us to be tested, for lack of a better word, by angels and ascended beings who present in human form to see our reaction and by doing so are able to “tweak” our vibrations to allow a quicker actualization of the true reality. Even the ancient Hebrew people stated in a holy writing, “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unaware”.
I believe the coming months will offer epic opportunities for those among us who open our eyes and souls to accept reality. As we move forward it is important for us to keep in mind that the only true manifestation of realty is visible through the emotion of love, beginning with ourselves and those around us. Fear has governed and dominated our world for too long, minute by minute we can choose to see reality, share reality and experience reality. By doing this we multiply by infinity love and truth. This is true power and true bliss.
All this being said, the masters wish to share three key steps for the coming months, look at them as spiritual reminders to be expressed in a way that feels correct for you.
1. Face issues head on: You possess the power of the universe in your spirit; there is no place for fear. When the fear monotone presents to you call on your god/goddess or other spiritual support system for help. While I am not catholic, I use the following, amended, meditation when faced with fear; “St. Michael the Archangel, defend me in battle and stand boldly with me. Be my defense against dark forces seen and unseen. Remove them from my soul and my environment I humbly prayer, and as I acknowledge you in your royal position in ascension, by the power of God, recycle all thoughts of error and transmute them into a powerful nutrient to be offered to the universe and this earthly plane, amen”. Surround yourself with the color Blue and sounds of nature.
2. Move: As much as you are able, physically move your body. Life happens on the edges, life happens and God appears where there is contact and friction. Activities as simple as walking send a spiritual/universal message via sound and vibrations that we are alive and respectful of the gifts given to us. This message is a powerful remedy for those who feel muddled in their daily lives. Remember it is not the actual amount of movement it is the intention therein; the simple twitching of an ants antennae hold the same power and psychic resonance as a thousand stampeding elephants. Surround yourself with the color Violet and listen classical music of your liking.
3. Ask spirit for help: This is the easiest, yet most simple thing any of us can do. There is no matter regarding what word you use to invoke spirit, it only matters that you invoke spirit. When doing so, be creative. Perhaps while walking take that time to speak with spirit. Formal sanctioned prayers are wonderful and have their place, yet some of the most powerful examples of spiritual intervention I have been privy to have taken place after just a few uttered words, simple and direct, “spirit help _______”, repeated over and over as you walk, watch TV or go about your day. Surround yourself with the color Gold and just listen.
As you move forward through the summer and into the autumn months, know that you are exactly where you should be and that life can, does and will get better. Know that there are others, myself included, who are facing daily struggles head on and sometimes with a bit of trembling too. As the seasons change, let us follow natures lead boldly, humbly and with joy in our souls. We are never alone, sometimes we just need a reminder. In closing I want to share the St Germain meditation. This one I use almost daily to assist with chakra allignment and as a reminder of my spiritual royal nature.
